This sophisticated web base tracking program enables authorized users to view the whole evolution of a medical record request. Features of this program include, when a request was received, processed, checked for errors and delivered to whom on what date and time. For records that cannot be delivered electronically, linked tracking numbers will be provided for verification of who signed for records.
Member facilities and specific requestors will be issued unique User ID’s with protected passwords to ensure security.
