Medical records, x-rays, business records and/or any other confidential business documents are picked up at your location and transported to our warehouse, where we index each record and number each box to eliminate loss and facilitate future access.  With our advanced technology, medical facilities can view at anytime what medical records and/or documents that Photo-Stat has in storage.  Medical facilities can exercise retrieval of their records at anytime through our system and can control their costs on how they wish to receive the specific chart.  Records can be hand delivered for a nominal fee or scanned into a PDF file with the click of a button.

Records are housed in a climate-controlled warehouse and protected by sprinkler systems and a 24/7 monitored alarm system giving you peace of mind that records are guaranteed for security.

When an archived record is requested for medical record release purposes, we quickly pull the record for processing.  Unnecessary delivery fees are eliminated amounting to a significant cost savings.

We additionally offer a scanning service, whereby archived paper records are scanned and saved to CD format or external hard drive for convenient access at your facility.  Contact us for special pricing.
