PhotoStat takes pride in the hiring of their employees and is evidenced in the tenure of our staff. We search for a quality individual that not only appreciate their jobs, but takes pride in their own work performance and ability in building relationships with the member facilities that they service.
They are required to go through a three week training seminar that includes one week of classroom training and two weeks of field training. During this time, they are educated on laws governing the release of information with full understanding of policies and procedures of Photo-Stat and their member facilities. They are required to obtain their CHSP (Certified HIPAA Security Professional) certification and also attend continuing education workshops throughout the course of the year. Background checks are performed on each employee.
